How to Cook Aashraya Macaroni Pasta:

  1. Boil Water:

    • In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Use about 4-6 cups of water for every 100 grams (about 3.5 oz) of macaroni.
    • Add salt (1-2 tablespoons) to the water for seasoning.
  2. Add  Aashraya Macaroni:

    • Once the water is boiling, add the macaroni pasta. Stir it gently to prevent sticking.
  3. Cook the Pasta:

    • Let it cook for about 7-9 minutes for al dente (firm to the bite) texture. If you prefer a softer texture, you can cook it a little longer.
    • Stir occasionally to keep it from sticking.
  4. Drain the Aashraya Macaroni Pasta:

    • Once the macaroni is done, drain it in a colander. Save a cup of pasta water if you plan to make a sauce or need extra moisture for a dish.
  5. Serve:

    • Toss the macaroni with your desired sauce (like cheese sauce for mac and cheese, tomato sauce, or a pesto), or mix it into a salad or casserole.

Tips:

  • If you’re making Mac and Cheese, you can add the pasta directly into the cheese sauce after draining.
  • For a Macaroni Salad, rinse the macaroni under cold water after draining to cool it down.
